Thank you for your enquiry; the Motodry Duo pants have been superseded to a new style called the Demon pants and they are available in ladies sizing for $225.00.

Correct these are a standalone weather-proof endurance/sport touring pant.
The waist sizing runs approximately:
36-M
38-L
40-XL
42-XXL
