Once your order has been picked, packed and processed we’ll send you an email with a tracking number which can be used at either http://www.aae.com.au/ or http://www.couriersplease.com.au/ to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you haven’t received a tracking number or have any concerns with your order, please give us a call on (02) 9587 3000. We’re here from 8.30am to 5.30pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) and are happy to help.

Orders will be processed the day they are received (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will be shipped the next business day if in stock. If an item is out of stock or there is any delay with your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know and follow up with a phone call if we haven’t heard back from you.

A signature is required for delivery of your order. If you’re not going to be home to sign for it, just let us know and we can either ask the courier to leave it at your home or work, or it will be dropped at your local post office for you to sign for and pick up when you’re ready.

Orders will be held at the post office for five days from delivery and you’ll receive both an ‘Attempted Delivery Notice’ from the courier with instructions on how to pick up your package, and an email reminder from us to let you know it’s ready to be collected.

Typical delivery time for orders is under 5 business days- though this can vary depending on stock and delivery location- and orders placed before 10am are often received the next day.

How much is shipping to Darwin/Broome/Townsville/West Danggali/next door/the North Pole?

Easy, 8 bucks! (except to the North Pole)

To make life easy we offer $8 flat rate shipping Australia wide. Doesn’t matter what it is or where it’s going, if you’re inside Australia, it’s $8. How easy is that!?

For customers outside of Australia, unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping, sorry! So if you are shopping from across the pond, and want to purchase from our webstore, you’ll need an Australian address and a friend who can sign for the delivery.
