Please note:
  • one free exchange per order
  • free exchange is only available for incorrect sizing where an item is being exchanged for the same item in another size
  • we cannot accept exchanges or returns on helmets for safety reasons
  • special order items may require an additional shipping charge for restocking
  • items must be in as new condition with original packaging/tags upon return
  • exchange must be requested within 30 days of original order
 

My new indicators/tail-tidy/bike bit/bling thingy is broken!!

This is why we can’t have nice things!! Just kidding, not a problem!
 
We do our best to make sure our products are well packaged so they arrive safe and sound but occasionally an item may be damaged in the post or faulty due to a manufacturing problem.
 
If there is something wrong with your new indicators/tail-tidy/bike bit/bling thingy when you receive it, no worries. Just give us a call on (02) 9587 3000 and we’ll sort out a return or exchange for you asap.
 
If we find the item was damaged as a result of either the manufacturer or the courier company, we’ll cover the cost of return postage so you’re not out of pocket too.
 
Please note that we can only provide a return or exchange on items that were damaged BEFORE you received them!
