I Would Like To Know If A Product Is In Stock

Products advertised on Sydney City Motorcycles Online Superstore are pending supplier or instore availability. 

​Although we keep many items in stock, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Products not currently in stock will need to be ordered in from our supplier (pending availability).This can take around 5-7 business days from date of order.

If you would like to confirm the availability of any item, please dont hesitate to get in touch via email.

How Can I Pay For My Online Order?

We accept the following payment options:
 

Are you placing an order over $750?

We prefer PayPal or Direct Deposit payments for orders over the value of $750.

If you prefer Credit Card payment, we kindly request you complete our Credit Card Authorisation Form.
 
Our Credit Card Authorisation Form is a procedure to confirm the order has been placed by the authorised cardholder.  This is an extra security measure we require to protect you, the cardholder, and Sydney City Motorcycles from credit card fraud.

We realise this will take a little more time but the protection it offers outweighs the inconvenience. 


How Long Does Shipping Take?

The majority of in stock orders placed are processed and dispatched in 1-3 business day. For more information regarding delivery timescales please visit the following page.

We do not ship to Parcel Lockers, Locked Bag or Self Storage addresses. We only deliver to PO Box, Residential and Work addresses.

Express Post Shipping

Express Post is available at an additional cost on all items shipped within Australia. Please send us an email and we'll be able to provide you with a quote.

International Shipping

We are sorry, we do not ship to locations outside of Australia.

Please note: we cannot accept exchanges or returns on helmets for safety reasons.  All Helmets come with a standard clear visor, unless the description states otherwise.
